support should a problem arise. In many cases the Original Equipment
Manufacturer, or the system integrator, integrated your AID product into
your system.
In order to determine whether the problem lies with
the AID product or the system interface, your first contact should be
with the company that supplied the system. In many cases, replacement
parts will come through them, and they will handle warranty
considerations.
If the product was purchased directly from AID please
call us first, of course. Our technical support staff is highly
experienced and will work hard to resolve your problem.
